The Author

Eva is a mother to one daughter. A nurse who started as a clerk, and later on pursued nursing career. I'm presently having a Master's Degree in nursing, specializing in Community Nursing Science.

I am currently working as a nurse researcher and Information Technologist at the Medical University of South Africa(Medunsa).

I'm a born-again Christian, busy with a Degree in Theology. I did a course Christian Counseling and also in HIV/AIDS Counseling. The reason behind this book is my concern and heart for people who are suffering because of the impact of their past, how they allowed it to poison their future. I think unbelievers find it more easily to share about their past issues than Christians. Christians are sometimes hiding behind religion and pretend as if all is well, whereas they are dying inside. If God can use us to break the cycle of silence,  He will use us to heal those who are bound because of the fear, shame, failures and other hurts of their past.
